  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days | $5.00 or Free for orders over $50.
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days | $15.00.
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International Shipping: 10-15 business days | Rates calculated at checkout.

Pre-Order Items

  • If your order contains Pre-Order items, please note that these items will ship together with non-pre-order items in the same order.
  • Pre-orders typically take 2-4 weeks to fulfill.
  • Once all items are ready, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking details.

If you need your non-pre-order items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
